What is the minimum order quantity?
1. For stock models, minimum order quantity is 1 piece.
2. For custom sizes/designs/shapes, minimum order quantity is 3,000-10,000 pieces.

How do you ensure the quality of glass production at your glass factory? What guarantees are there?
We ensure high-quality bottle production through a rigorous, multi-layered quality control process. After annealing, employees observe for inconsistencies, defects, and inclusions. The bottles are then machine-inspected and finally undergo a secondary physical inspection. The machine also undergoes an initial calibration to ensure that the bottle capacity and dimensional tolerances are within acceptable standards. If you have specific inspection criteria, we can develop a custom process to suit your standards. Furthermore, customers are welcome to visit and inspect our glass factory before or during bottle production. This can be coordinated through your sales manager.

Once we've decided to begin the design process, can we change the design and shape of our custom bottle?
Of course. You can freely modify the design of your unique custom bottle without having to prepare a mass production mold. Simply contact your account manager/designer to discuss the feasibility of your desired changes.

Can I learn about your production process?
As with any other packaging factory in the world, you will receive every detail about your product. In addition, you can tour the factory during the production process.
